Sea lettuce butter for seafood

- 225 g (½ lb) butter at room
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) sea lettuce flakes
Preparation
- Add the sea lettuce flakes to the butter and mix. That's all there is to it!
- Use it to sauté your shrimp or cook your mussels, melt it and dip your lobster in it, or simply spread it on a baguette!
