Nori energy balls

Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) raw almonds
125 ml (½ cup) pistachios
250 ml (1 cup) pitted dates
60 ml (¼ cup) dried figs
15 ml (1 Tbsp) chia seeds
15 ml (1 Tbsp) nori flakes (Un Océan de Saveurs)
60 ml (¼ cup) cocoa powder
60 ml (¼ cup) chocolate chips
30 ml (2 Tbsp) maple syrup

Preparation

Coarsely grind the nuts in a food processor.
Add the other ingredients and mix for a few more minutes.
Once evenly mixed, roll into balls as small or large as preferred.
Sprinkle with cocoa and nori flakes.
