Mathilda’s pizza with seaweed flakes

Favourite pizza recipe of Mathilda, daughter of Antoine Nicolas founder of Un Océan de Saveurs a company based in Quebec’s Gaspé Peninsula specializing in harvesting and processing edible seaweeds.

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat pizza dough (store-bought)
- ¼ can of tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- ⅛ red pepper
- 1 slice of bacon
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) seaweed flakes of your choice
- Cheese
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Arrange all the ingredients on the pizza dough.
- Bake according to the directions on the pizza dough box, or approximately 15 to 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F).
