Over 250 restaurants, fish markets and grocery stores have received the Smarter Seafood certification. Visit them today to purchase and sample the species featured in the Smarter Seafood initiative and support the sustainable development of the St. Lawrence.
In order to obtain the Smarter Seafood certification an establishment must offer at least two of the species featured in the annual eco-guide.
